Asphalt Laborer
Role Overview:
As an Asphalt Laborer, you’ll be part of the crew that installs and finishes driveways, parking lots, and courts. This role is physically active and perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being outdoors. You’ll assist with raking, smoothing, and cleaning during paving operations.
Responsibilities:
- Surface prep
- Raking asphalt
- Tool handling
- Equipment cleaning
- Crew support
- Safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience with asphalt paving is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work with a team and take direction
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
