Project Manager

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at O’Connor Construction, you’ll oversee a variety of residential and commercial jobs—from initial planning to final inspection. You’ll coordinate with clients, vendors, and crew leaders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization skills to keep everything running smoothly from the ground up.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of excavation, paving, and site development
- Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools is a plus
