Construction Supervisor
Role Overview:
As a Construction Supervisor at O’Connor Construction, you’ll lead on-site operations and supervise day-to-day activities across a variety of projects. From managing crews and maintaining safety standards to ensuring the work meets our high-quality expectations, you’ll be the go-to leader on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and keeps jobs moving without micromanaging.

Qualifications:
- Hands-on construction experience (paving, excavation, or site work)
- Prior leadership or supervisory role in construction
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and job site coordination
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in the field
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
